Snom D713 – “Backlight Timeout: Always Off” does not turn off display backlight

3CX setting: Backlight Timeout = Always Off
Device: Snom D713, FW 10.1.215.13
3CX: V20 Update 9 Build 995


After provisioning, the display backlight remains active.
Manually setting the backlight/idle brightness to 0 in the Snom web interface switches the display off correctly.
After the 3CX provisioning refresh (Settings Refresh Timer = 86400) the setting is overwritten and the backlight becomes active again.


Expected behavior: Always Off should provision the Snom D713 so that the display backlight is completely off.

The default template (snom.ph.xml) should give you the expected behaviour. - ref the <backlight> section. First suspect is a custom template of some sort.
