Snom D715 - makecall when calling from softphone

Hi Guys,

I currently am testing out 3CX to roll out across 200 snom D715 handsets however I have run into an issue when calling out on the softphone in cti mode the phones show makecall and I have to press ok before it calls and when it makes the call there's no audio untill the caller answers.

Is there anyway to stop it from saying make call and just dial the number?

Any help is appreciated

Phone and softphone are connected remotely
Running latest pbx version
Running latest updated firmware from 3CX
Both the phone and softphone are on the same subnet.

Please note that the phones will work in full CTI mode remotely only if provisioned behind the same SBC as stated in the following article.

Are the provisioned with SBC or STUN?
