Snom D717 can't dial nationally

Hi,

Hosting 3CX in AWS with an SBC on site. Other phones in the office can dial nationally just fine, some phones can only dial their local area code but not others. Instead the phone just beeps twice then hangs up. It can call other extensions just fine no matter the area code. I have an outbound rule setup to use our only SIP trunk on any 10 digit number with no specific rule for their area code (anymore, deleted it during testing). Any advice?

Hi,

Login to the webclient with that specific extension

Make sure you select "Browser"


Make a call to the same number now that had the issue, and see what happens.
This will tell us if the issue is related to the extension or the phone.
