Snom D717 no logo

Hi,

We have a fresh 3CX Server (Enterprise), and Snom D717s.

But, the logo is not appearing on the phones. FW: 10.1.46.16

The logo is set in Custom Background Image, and the colours are set to 0 on alpha.
The logo can also be accessed via a browser. Unsure what else to check, can anyone help?

Have you reprovisioned the phones?

If you go on a phones GUI can you see it has been applied?

Phones have been re-provisioned and factory reset with no difference.
On web interface, I can see the URL of the image and is reachable.
Background colours are also set to 0 opacity/alpha

Does your image meet the criteria:

Logo Properties: Format=.png, width=320, height=240, bitdepth=24

Yep, the phones don't even load the default 3CX logo

Are you able to go back a FW version and see what happens?

you can find the previous FW by browsing your 3CX server 3cxpbx/instance1/data/http/interface/provisioning/<ID>/firmware or firmware_new/snom

Is your PBX local or cloud?

What version?

What is your network toplogy?

Also:
Cloud based, currently on Direct Stun for testing but will be SBC.
Version: 16 Update 4
Network: Hosted in AWS/Azure, only SBC/Direct connections

I reverted to 10.1.39.11 manually, and the logo appeared.

It disappears when updating to 10.1.42.14, assume this is a bug in the firmware? Or possible out dated template on 3cx?
