Snom D765 vol_handset_mic, vol_headset_mic

Hi there,

Since our migration from Askozia to 3CX we are no longer able to change microphone volume on all of our Snoms D765 with firmware 8.9.3.66.

In the past we could set these values by provisioning with vol_handset_mic and vol_headset_mic.
Disabling the AGC is still possible but that's no solution because of too low voice levels.

Is there a way to set mic levels?

3CX does not provision those values and they are not deprecated in the firmware:

and therefore shall still work. If you like to mod those you may create a custom template to include those values based on this guidelines:

Thanks for your reply! We already provision these values with custom templates but it seems that these values are no longer present or adjustable in firmware 8.9.3.66.

Only these vol_*-variables are visible in the Snom's settings:
vol_headset=
vol_speaker=
vol_speaker_max=
vol_ringer=
vol_handset=

has been deprecated in 8.9.x , replacement is AGC
