Hi All,

We have a Snom D785 that we will be deploying on a professional licence key 3cx, We have got one into our office before to test working however when you type a number you cant see the number with the default background image, any ideas how to resolve this? (without using a enterprise licence and configuring this separately)

Make sure the PBX has the latest templates (not custom templates) and the firmware of the phone has the latest 3CX firmware.

If the above is correct, you should no longer have trouble reading the number during dialing.

The numbers will be white, and the background will be dark.
By default, your phone should appear like this example:


If it does not appear like the posted example, you should follow the guide to factory reset and reprovision the device, which should restore the color scheme I mentioned above
