SNOM hide caller no outbound calls

When we supress the number on a SNOM Phone we can't do outgoing calls. Is this a known issue?

Most probably this is an issue with provider, not with SNOM phones. How you suppress the number ?
Can you make internal calls? Test suppressing also with 3CX softphone.
