SNOM Hide outgoing number issues

When we supress the number on a SNOM Phone we can't do outgoing calls. Is this a known issue?

I have talked to the Provider and the provider says that this issue is related to 3CX :-(

What are you using to suppress the number on Snom phones? Does the same method work with other devices like a 3CX client?
