SNOM is active in pbx but display shows not registred

Hi, i am having trouble with snom320

It is in the 3cx system registrated with MAC and in the display stands
00 Gerrit Jeersen - not registred
When i pick up the phone, there is not the normal dialtone - it make tut tut tut tut fast after another

I can´t make or receive calls from this phone.
when i change in the pbx the language - the telephone changes the language
when i change the name, it changes the name

Hi,
I think you are trying to provision it using the Direct SIP (STUN) mode.
If so, try to disable the "Disallow use of extension outside the LAN" feature.

Then we need some more information about the problem.
What is the provisioning type (local, sbc or stun)?
What template is used (default or custom)?
Did you change some settings manually from the phone's UI?
What do you see in Snom phone's logs and SIP trace? You should see some errors here. What they are?
