Snom M3 and proxy tunnel

Am trying in vain to get a snom m3 connected via the proxy tunnel from remote site via vpn
The proxy log is as below - I can't see any activity for it on the server log so know it isn't getting that far
I have checked the 3cx server side settings network 3cx tunnel is expecting to see it on port 5090 and 5.2.111.148
