Snom M300 with multiple extensions connected to a 3cx hosted server. 4 extensions are connected and are included in a ring group. All incoming calls are directed to the ring group. When calls comes in, all extensions in the group rings except for the snom extensions. These will ring AFTER 7 rings. When the group is dialed internal, all phones ring immediately. Any ideas for the delay?

How is the Base provisioned? Are you using STUN?
Also there are some limitation for this model and is marked as EOL from the vendor" https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/snom-dect-phones/
Since the delay is on the base, i would suggest that you contact vendor for this issue.

yes,stun.
Please note that stun is not a supported provisioning method. If the device is remote then it must be provisioned using the 3CX SBC using a router phone or a dedicated sbc running on windows or linux as mentioned in the configuration guide

In addition to the above STUN is not a supported method as it can cause several issues. Kindly ensure that the 3CX Support Procedures are also reviewed:

Okay, i have a Yealink T54W on site. As i understand it, I would reset all phones, then reinstall the T54W as a router phone, then add the other phones back on the system.
Looking at the guide versus some forum responses, I am unclear on two points:

I delete all my existing phone, then add the router phone using the webclient. I don't need to add any provisioning links to the phone, and when I reset the phone after I've added it to the webclient, it will automatically provion.

1.Will the router phone prompt me to key in the extension number at reboot? I was planning to do this remotely, but the guide doesn't seem to require the input, whereas some of the staff forum responses indicate there is a need to input.

2. when I then add the normal phones, will i have to be present or can i just add each remotely.

So the T21P E2 will have to be configured utilizing the web interface, correct?

I've reconfigured the phones behind the T54W...all are registered and working. However, there is still a problem with one phone (T21P E2) having a delayed ring in the group.

Will using the T21 as a PC bridge affect this?

I cannot confirm as this is not something tested.
Check without bridge network to see if the issue is still there.
