Solved SNOM M300/M25 - DisplayName

We have 3CX hosted (by 3CX) server with SBC. Our client wishes to be able to display on their SNOM M25 the extension name in addition to the number.
By modifying this directly in the M300 base, it works but is deleted when the terminal restarts. Phones and base are up to date.
Do you have a solution ?

On that model, the display name is taken from the Last Name defined on the 3CX extension. So change the extension accordingly and then reboot the M300 base and it will work.

Example: if it was extension 100 "John Smith" for example, the handset will show:

Smith
100

so name it like this


and it will show:

John Smith
100
