Solved Snom M300/M25 - Phonebook update error - RemCfg: Error loading file

I have 2 Snom M300/M25 phones and trying to get the phonebook to update from 3CX. In the syslogs, I can see the following 3 line repeated, on every attempt (every 30 mins)

loc3 .Info 2019-12-12T16:38:42Z 02-[ RemCfg: Attempting fetch of file: https://mypbx:5001/provisioning/instance#/snom_phonebook.xml]
loc3 .Info 2019-12-12T16:38:42Z 02-[ RemCfg: Error loading file]
loc3 .Info 2019-12-12T16:38:42Z 02-[ RemCfg: Provisioning PhoneBook completed]

I have uploaded the cert to the base station and have checked the url in a browser in the same network, which loads the xml file.

The firmware version of the base station is:

Firmware Version:

IPDECT/04.10/B0014/20-Feb-2019 11:53

Any ideas on how to fix this? I'm not convinced the cert is being processed correctly.

Issue fixed by upgrading snom firmware to latest release
