Snom M700 extension not online

Dear All,

I managed to provision a Snom dect M700 with the auto provision link from the management settings menu as per this link https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/manually-provision-snom-dect/

The desired extension is listed as it should with the handset in the extensions menu.

The problem is that the extension in the 3cx console remains offline and dialing to the extension its off.

Any ideas ?

I managed to provision 2 bases as multicell now.
