SNOM M700 / M900 / M25 / M65 / M85 DECT contact book

Hello,

We have M700 and M900 DECT terminals with M25, 65, 85 on 3CX v18 linux, latest firmware for DECT.

We would like to know if it was possible to recover the internal address book (visibility on other 3CX extensions) as a first step?

And then we would like to know if it was possible to synchronize a global address book on the phones?

Hi Michael,

The 3CX company address book should have already been synchronized with your device.

If it isn't, then I would imagine there may be a misconfiguration on the device. This can be resolved by resetting it and reprovisioning it again as per our guide. Please not however, that since V18, we only support configuring the M700 in LAN mode. It will fail to provision or update itself if running in STUN or SBC mode. This is now an EOL device.

As for downloading the local contacts, that is something you have to look up in Snom's documentation, I'm not sure if the device offers that ability or not.
