Snom M9 DTMF Tone for auto-attendant

Hi

Have installed Snom M9 handsets on 3CX, all is working OK, except where they call externally to a company that has a menu/auto-attendant i.e. press 1 for .... The M9 doesn't appear to send the selection. What am I missing?
