Hi,

I hope you guys can help... because i cant find what is wrong.

The setup: A Snom m900 dect base (firmware v450b13 as recommended) with a Snom M70 handset (firmware v450b13 as recommended) connected through a SBC pointing to the 3cx cloud (provisioned)

The issue: When i call the Snom M70 with an external line or with the 3CX app on my smartphone there is no outgoing audio from the M70 (only incoming)

What i have tested:
- Connected a Yealink through the same SBC... audio works in both ways => So the problem must be with the Snom devices, right?
- Tried another M70 device... same problem
- Tried to call from one M70 to another... audio works in both ways
- called from external to app... audio works in both ways
- Enabled and disabled "PBX delivers audio" but... no luck

Does somebody have an idea what else i can try?

Hi Pietere,

I think you may have misunderstood slightly, the version is an example and currently this is out of date.

Following the guide should direct you to the snom website that now has the latest version V520B1

Kindly upgrade your firmware as per the guide and try again. Make sure to factory reset first, then upgrade, and then provision as a final step. Let us know if this improves the issue

It was actually the distributor who pointed me to that version. I am going to upgrade the devices to the latest.
I will post my results here ;-)

The update and provisioning after also did not work. I performed a full reset on all the devices and cleared 3CX and started from zero.

Now it is working. I dont know what the fix was but it is solved :-).

Yep, that's always a good idea to make sure no old settings are left.

Glad to hear it was solved!
