Hi there after a bit of advise, I have provisioned a Snom PA1 but now I can no longer log on to the Snom PA1 web Console..? Any one seen this before am I missing something?

Hello @Roy Finch

Are you using the phone web page password found under the extensions settings / Phone provisioning tab or the default password from Snom?
If the device is provisioned then the password will be the one under extensions settings. The username is the same

yes tried that no joy.

Is this a local device? If so navigate to the Phones tab select it and click on the Phone UI button. the management console should log you in to the device.

yes, now it has just come up with Not Supported 8.7.5.35, I thought anything after 8.7.3.19 was supported?

The management console will mark as not supported a phone that is running a firmware other than the latest supported. If you are running SP5 then the latest supported for your version is 8.7.5.75

ok, what's the best way of getting that?

ok sorry missed the link, I will rest and crack on, . I will let you know if it solves the issue.

If the device is correctly provisioned you can upgrade the firmware from the management console. Navigate to the Phones tab and select the device. Click on Firmware Update.

not seeing the update?
Snom snomPA1 8.7.5.75 (Up To Date) 8.7.5.75
Snom PA1 FW: Added support for Lets Encryp

So the device is now running the supported firmware or does it still say not supported?

The username of the device is always admin and that does not change with provisioning. Provisioning the phone will change that password which is under the Phone provisioning tab of the extension and you can change that password to something you want.
Glad to see the issue has been resolved.
