Hi, everyone.
In our company we always buy and use Snom D713 phones and add them to 3CX extensions then.
All our D713 phones are updated to 10.1.175.10 firmware.
Yesterday we have faced a strange issue. We got a new employee and created new 3CX extension (same as other extensions).
Then I tried to configure an old Snom D120 phone for this extension. Phone turns on and shows the extension and user name, date, etc., it looks working.
But when I call from this extension to my own and when I click "answer" the call shuts down immediately. I thought that the problem is the phoe itself, D120, maybe it is old, corrupted or smthg else.
I got a new D713 and then repeated the entire process. But problem still exists. Okay, I thought maybe this extension was problematic, we deleted it and created absolutely new one, even the internal number has been changed. Then I tried again and problem are not solved. I have no idea how to troubleshoot this issue or what I can do else.
Right now D713 is configured, I can see number and name on the interface. I can call from it, but when I accept it from the other side call shuts down in a second.
When I tried to call from my own 3CX desktop app to this extension, call shuts down and I see "media negotiation failed" error.
Maybe, you can help me.
