Hi,
I've a lot of Snom 715 phones provisioned on 3CX that are unable to update their firmware.

I see that they are provisioned to get this XML:
Code:
<firmware_status perm="">!http://192.168.1.92/provisioning/RANDOM/firmware/snom/$(phone_type).xml</firmware_status>
or
Code:
<firmware_status perm="">
!!$:):)!!https://3cx.MYDOMAIN.COM/provisioning/RANDOM/firmware/snom/$(phone_type)_external.xml
</firmware_status>

The xml used depends from the phone beeing provisioned as "Local LAN" or "direct SIP".
The strange thing is that the internal XML (the first one) contains this url:
Code:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<firmware-settings>
<firmware perm="">http://3cx.MYDOMAIN.COM/provisioning/RANDOM/firmware/snom/snom715-10.1.54.16-SIP-r.bin</firmware>
</firmware-settings>

as you can see it tries to download the firmware through the hostname (that resolves in the public IP) but is using HTTP and not HTTPS, resulting in a "403 Forbidden" error.

There is some setting that I can change to have the system generating the file with HTTPS or al least use HTTP with the LAN IP address?
Regards
Giuseppe
