Snom Provisioning Profile Update Issues

I recently updated to the new Snom Template provided through the update system. I have three other locations pending for this update and have not updated them. Blind transfers no longer work after making this provisioning update!!! I have found that in the new template there is the <item name="transfer_dialing_on_other">blind</item> in every language set. This is not how 3CX depicts this on their website or how Snom does in their wiki/service center. I could update the profile with another servers template...but that doesn't fix it for every pending update. Is anyone else experiencing only Attended Transfers now on Snom phones after the update?

The core issue is that <item name="transfer_dialing_on_other">attended</item> is set for US phones. This needs to be addressed!

Hi @matto_voip

We understand what you mean and would recommend that you provide Snom with direct feedback since they are the ones responsible for writing their template.

We will also make the suggestion to them from our side, but for for now you can change the language of the phone from the extension's provisioning tab between "English" and "English (US)" and then reprovision your phone. This should toggle the blind/attendended behavior.
