snom vision

I'm having an issue with the snom phones and the snom vision console.

Is it a way to fix the problem with the vision console that is stops working the blf etc by modifying the templates of the snom phones ?

And By the way the yealink extension console for the 42G and 46G it will working with the 3CX system or i will having the same issue with the snom console ?
