Presence is the Available/Away etc status indicators.

Have you run the Firewall Checker and does it pass all tests?

The server and the client are on the private network

Hi,

Did you provisioning the phone by welcome mail?
Is this the only client that has this kind of issues?

Also during the 3CX Phone System setup, what DNS option did you choose, "Split DNS" or "Internal FQDN and External FQDN"? What did you enter at that point?

One more thing you could do is to try opening the Provisioning File you used to provision the 3CX Phone (if you didn't use one, use one) app with a text editor, and find the line towards the end of the file that starts with the tag <MyPhoneServerLocalSSLAddr>, the URL found there, if you put it into a browser internally will it show something?

I do not remember which one I used is there a way to find out

You can deduce that from the the other thing I mentioned I suppose. I would recommend checking what I previously mentioned:

Also just to clarify when I said "...if you put it into a browser internally..." I meant on the PC running the 3CXPhone app.
