Solved soft phone can recieve but not call hard phone

I have two phone the 3CX client and a Yealink T22P. The T22P can call the softphone no problem.

When I call the hard Yealink from the soft phone the Yealink t-22p Beeps once the screen lights up as if it missed a call. in the call logs it shows a call from (005) to (006) was made and Not answered. I have rebooted both phones and the same thing occurs. I am not sure what might be the issue.

Sounds like ringtone issue

If running ver 15.5 change the default ringtone for the extension - https://www.3cx.com/docs/ip-phone-configuration/ . Make the change, under Phones, select the ext and click on Reprovision tab (this will push out the change)

If the above does not work, factory default the phone and reprovision,

I factory reset the phone and updated the firmware restarted the phone and the server and it started working.
