Softphone and Yealink T20 Problem

Hi,
I'm using latest version of 3cxphone for windows (12.0.37098.0 on Win 8.1 in 3cx mode) and latest firmware of Yealink T20 ( 9.72.0.80) and only thing I can get with it is quick flash of both links on Yealink and that's all, no missed call, no ringing. I can call from Yealink to my 3cxphone rings but quality of call is so so.
But when I use older version of 3xcphone (6.0.19548.0) everything works.

Any suggestions?

Hi there,
Please always stick to latest supported firmware for your handsets, you can get this info through Phones page / Upgrade firmware button, in your case for T20 fw should be 9.71.1.1, not higher so please downgrade and see if issues persists.
