Hi all: I was trying the auto answer feature. I have found out the following.
1) If the computer is in screen saver mode, the 3cx will not auto answer. it does nothing.
2) if the monitor has gone into power down mode, the 3cx also will not auto answer.
The only time it auto answers is if the monitor is turned on and in normal desktop display mode.
I cant believe it was planned to write this software in such a manner. Is their something I need to configure to allow this program to operate while screen saver or monitor is powered down?
I am currently using this on an IBM thinkpad.
I certainly do not want the display to be on 24/7
