Softphone hotkeys - number is copied but app does not jump in focus

We and other clients have noticed that the hotkeys option of the softphone no longer brings the softphone in focus.
When you then manually click the app open, the number is there to call.




Anyone else having this issue? This is a very usefull feature which, now it's not working, we feel like there is a complete
step missing in our workflow.

Tested this in:
5.5 (Build 1096) 20.0.1096.0
5.5 Beta (Build 1095) 20.0.1095.0
