Softphone issues with teleconference call requiring code

Hi,
New user here. Managed to get the android softphone to work on and can perform calls no problem. However, today I tried to call in for a teleconference call which requires an access code after connecting. I was unable to enter the code, and while pressing the numbers in the softphone made beeping noise, nothing seemed to actually be transmitted nor did the numbers show up in the application. Is such a phone call possible with 3CX phone system?

yes that call is possible. your issue is more then likely a mismatch between the DTMF payload type. most trunks support RFC2833 but you may have to change it.
