hi,
1- how can i add extinctions on the side menu as in the below photo ? can it be global for all users ?

Part 1: I think this is an old picture... I have that in v11. The entries are from the extensions BLF Entries in the Admin Console. Or you right click on an empty one to configure it. I do not think it can be globally defined.

As far as part 2 goes - there are 4 icons at the top right of the 3cx Windows Phone in v12...

Prescense (what you are looking for)
Minimize
Close
