SoftPhone V15 and headset issue

Hello,

We are testing with our demo licence the V15 on Linux. We have installed the V15 of the softphone on my computers as well.

On my laptop, using integrated mic and hp, all is working even with ou V14 production PBX.

On my Desktop, using hp for ring and headset for conversation, all works nice on ou V14 PBX but I'm unable to ear anything on the haedset.

I use Windows 10 pro on both computers with the same antivirus, I've tried with it deactivated.

Any idea ?

Make sure that you set the right options under Settings > Audio Options > Audio Devices

Yes we are sure !

Meanwhile we have a lot of issues with this version.

I guess we will back to the Windows V14 and test the new one on a test VM.
