Softphone won't connect - video calls not allowed

I have jut set up a test system using the 3CX Softphone. All was working well for a while, but now one of my softphones can't connect. I dial a phone, I get one ring then it disconnects. The debug screen says video calls not allowed. I donlt have a webcam in my PC, and I have not ticked any of the options, therefore it should have disabled it. But it still gives me this message each time I call someone. the other phones can call each other OK (they are using 3CXsoftphones too). Using V6.0.19920.0

The no video calls allowed was a red herring. I found the problem - Do Not Distrub was enabled on the PABX end.
