We currently have several customers that are hosted at Digitaloceans. They are small, less than 10 users and 3 to 4 lines.

I just got emails about the free SOHO 3CX system. Can these customers be migrated to this SOHO PBX?

Complete backup of existing and import during setup? Like normal?

We use Telnyx for Sip trunks and I know that 3CX dropped support for Telnyx a year or so ago. Would this have any impact on the move to SOHO?

Thanks in Advance

no migration path to 3CX FREE (SOHO) - you need to reconfigure by hand.
Also unsupported providers will not work in SOHO

The free version of 3CX SMB (if that's what you're talking about) only allows 1 (one) DID (I don't know if it allows multiple lines). Do you customers have more than 1 DID? If so they'll need to switch to a paid version.

Yes, it matters that 3CX dropped support for Telnyx. The free 3CX SMB version only allows supported trunks and supported phones (and no ATA gateways - although it does allow DECT phones as long as they are supported ones from what I've heard). It also limits you to 3 desk phones (according to this page).
