Hi,

3cxpbx version: 16.0.6.655
Debian version 10.12 kernel 4.19.0-21-amd64
3cx hosted on a XenCenter VM in Dallas
IP Phone version: irrelevant
Provisioning method: we do the DHCP thing I think
Trunk provider: Telnyx
Firewall checker: fails (but I was able to load this page before)
Are custom Phone Templates being used:: no

I loaded the webpage for our 3cx server the other day and while it had a TITLE element, it was a blank page. I can view the source and see HTML, but when I try to view the source for the .js files referenced, they're all empty. To resolve it I ran apt-get update/upgrade, rebooted, upgraded the kernel, rebooted, nothing. It's just a blank page (but has the HTML, just can't load the . js for the fancy interface). Not sure what to do to resolve it. Any ideas?

You're on an old version of 3CX.

Have you got a backup?

I would suggest a reinstall to v18.

I checked by looking at apt-cache info 3cxpbx, and picking the newest one I saw. Now that I am reading this thread about upgrading to a specific version, I found that I _am_ on v18.

Bash:
# apt policy 3cxpbx
3cxpbx:
  Installed: 18.0.4.965
  Candidate: 18.0.4.965

Not sure about a backup, at least not a recent one.

Still no go.

Private browsing, different browser, different computer, all same result. IExplore shows "

but that's because the issue is the javascript files seem to be empty, not the html.
