I'm having a little trouble with a rule for our international calls.
Our carrier, flowroute says that for international calls we have to strip the first 3 digits. This works flawlessly, however because we are using IP based authentication we have to add our tech prefix to the start of the number, THEN strip 3 digits off.
How would I do this?
