Although there is another relevant thread, I thought I should write clean topic about this.
Any Android devices running 5.1 or higher might have been experiencing Choppy Audio issues on calls. A new update was release today that fixes the issue.
The version of the 3CXPhone app that fixes this issue is 14.0.56.
You can check the version in the the 3CXPhone app by going to the menu -> Settings -> About.
