Solved [SOLVED] License Activation Failed. license_error.HttpsError

Hello.

I'm having this error when i finish my registration details.

Alredy tried to apply 3 DNS, but i can't use 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4 (Google DNS).

PING erp.3cx.com (151.80.125.67) 56(84) bytes of data.

PING activation.3cx.com (151.80.125.88) 56(84) bytes of data.

What i have to do?

Please make sure that when you perform an nslookup from the host machine you can reach activation.3cx.com correctly.
Also make sure that there is no deep packet inspection on the firewall as this may break the activation process. Are you using any proxy to access the internet?

As you can see, my ping returns IP address, my DNS is OK!

I have a proxy, but the server is bypassed and can pass to all ports.

What can i do?

I solved my problem.

Google DNS is needed for finish Activation! Only using that i have success!

You will nedd to change the /etc/resolv.conf and put only this line:

nameserver 8.8.8.8
nameserver 8.8.4.4

You can't use another DNS but i don't know why....
