[SOLVED] Self hosted fqdn DNS update

Hello

We have a self hosted 3cx instance and have changed our public IP (change of ISP).

The 3cx itself is ok but the public DNS has not updated, despite doing multiple "refresh license" and a full reboot. I see that the ttl is 10 min so it should have definitely updated...

Is there any way to trigger a refresh ?

So go on the PBX side >> Admin >> Advanced >> Network >> External IP configuration >> Set it up to Dynamic Public IP.
Click Save and restart all the Services.
The PBX will detect its new public ip.
When this is done, go back to the External IP Configuration and set up the new IP to static and restart the services again.
