Solved [SOLVED] Trunk up and connected, but missing from configuration dashboard

My brand new, Debian v16 3CX server was working great.

Went in to change the backup to Google Drive, authenticated, then kept the selection blank for the folder to store it, hit ok and got a server error message at the login box.
I rebooted the server (eventually), and now the Trunk and other settings seem to be missing completely, I've tried restoring from the old backup, but the issue persists.

Trunk (1/1), but no trunks listed in the trunk list. I had also configured some Inbound/Outbound rules and those also seem to not be there anymore.

It definitely shouldn't say 1/1 trunks up right?

IDK, maybe it just got deleted with the other settings, I was able to add it again, it does say 2/2 trunks up, my other 3CX says 2/3 and there's only one SIP trunk ... so maybe it's counting something else as a "trunk" – like a bridge. Will update if I have issues.

Your 3Cx is hosted or on premise?
Your backup was in V16 or from previous 3CX in V15.5?

yes in V16 netmeeting web connector is added as a trunk that's why you have one more

A-ha! That makes sense.

On-premise, backup was from like an hour ago, a possibility here is that I inadvertently hit restore and blindly clicked OK to restore the backup from moments before I had set the SIP trunk up.

I think that's likely what happened, thanks :S

Already done, I figured once I started using the same info (name, DID etc) and got no errors, it probably was definitely PEBKAC error. Maybe we should make the restore box RED
