On some of our Windows clients, this keeps happening:
The status lights of some extensions suddenly do no longer indicate anything, they appear grey. -or- The status lights keep indicating a status that is no longer true ("in a call" for example).
This only affects the BLF buttons in the dialer. In the actual app (for example in the "Team" overview, status is displayed correctly as well as on the same user's Android app).
Once the user or the admin removes the "faulty" buttons in the setting of the app or in the management console and adds them again, they work fine for a week or so.. maybe a bit longer. Then the problems come back.
Any idea or help is appreciated.
