i have a question about a entry that i found in der logfiles.
Does anybody know what this entry means:

evice is supported by direct call control procedures. Call will be terminated from Call Manager side
The background, I have 2 employees where calls often are dropping (internally and externally) . I found no reason why. The other collegues have no problems with some hardware.
