Hi 4 all
I have Linksys spa 3102 and 3cx Standard Annual 16.0.493,
This is screenshot from my 3cx sip trunk :

13752
And this is screenshot from my linksys spa 3102 configuration :
13753
13754
13755

My issue is :
1. I can receive call in my 3cx app with extension "333" after 5 time ringing, but i cannot make any call from my 3cx app, Voice error "code number is not exist"
Log from 3cx :
01/08/2020 3:04:08 PM - Call to T:Line:10001>>0611#####@[Dev:sip:10001@##.##.##.163:5060] from L:332.1[Extn:333] failed, cause: Cause: 404 Not Found/INVITE from ##.##.##.163:5060
Linksys IP is ##.##.##.163 and 3cx IP is ##.##.##.164

2. All calls from PTSN is forward to my "333" extension.

any one can helping me to configure linksys spa 3102 ??

lots of post on same subject SPA 3102 or nearly same 2102 with complete settings, search please in 3CX forum

One problem, is that you have given both the FXO (PSTN) and FXS (Line1) port 5060. They can't both be the same (you changed the default setting for PSTN). You also have outgoing calls routing to port 5060.in the 3CX trunk settings. Change the PSTN port to 5061, and do the same with the outbound trunk settings, see if that works. There may be other issues. I'll look over the settings you posted.

A couple other things...
If your PSTN line has Caller ID, then set PSTN CID for VoIP CID to Yes
and change PSTN Answer Delay to 3 (seconds)

16 seconds (the default) is way too long before passing the call on to 3CX. If you are in an area using Bellcore type CID, then 3 seconds is long enough to capture the number.

The user ID of the extension will not be 10001, it will be the extension number. You may also want to consider modifying the LINE1 dialplan.

Please clairify this. You are calling from a PSTN number, to the PSTN number connected to the FXO port? The call is getting to 3CX? Is extension 333 using the FXS port on the 3102?

I also notice the you have both VoIP anf PSTN enabled for the silence disconnect method , and that is set to 5. You may find issues with that, especially if there are times when you are put on hold, and the music level is very low. Keep that in mind if you have calls that drop on you.

OK, still trying to get the picture what you have set up. You have a 3CX Extension (other than 333) regsitered on the Line1 (FXS) port, and this is what you are calling from? What are you dialling, exactly? Or...are you calling from an outside number?
Please post the current Line 1 and PSTN tabs again Does the call show in the 3CX Activity Log at all?

Dear leejor,
I have 1 last issue :
This is screen from "Line 1"
13851
This is screen from PSTN :
13852

My issue is when i call my home number from my mobile, it gives free signal but my telephone not ringing, after 5 times free signal it ring on extension "333".
If you have time i can send the ip, username and password for my linksys spa 3102 as PM.
again thank you so much for your helping .

it gives free signal but my telephone not
What do you mean by "free signal" you ear ring back tone in your mobile but nothing happens on SPA side ?

Your home number is PSTN line on SPA ?
You set in 3CX all the time to forward to EXT 333 so it's normal behavior to go there, where do you want call goes ?

Perhaps i'm wrong, but you should not mix use of line 1 and PSTN, if you want to use spa with line as a trunk then set only PSTN and disable line 1, of course remove ext 333 on SPA and in 3CX config.

Line 1, on your 3102 is not programmed as an extension, the line is enabled, but is not going to work as-is.
The call is taking a long time to ring extension 333 because in the PSTN line tab, FXO timer values, PSTN Answer Delay is set to 16 seconds. This means that call will not be passed onto 3CX for 16 seconds. Set that to 3 seconds (if using Bellcore type caller ID), or perhaps less, if another type of caller ID is being used.

I had mentioned this setting a while back. There was a second, CID option, that I mentioned, that you didn't change either.

but my telephone not ringing, after 5 times free signal it ring on extension "333".

So, what telephone is not ringing? It can't be one plugged into the FXS port on the 3102, as that one is not programmed (and yes, you can use both the FXO and FXS ports at the same time).

The 3CX Activity Log will show where the call is routing, why it goes to 333
