Some Phones Ring / Some Don't

Hello there guys!

We have various call queues in the office where some phones ring in queue yet some don't.

But all phones ring internally in the office very odd.

Has anyone elese encountered this problem

I would look through the 3CX Server Log right after you notice the problem with a particular extension. The log should show what was going on at the time. You may need to set it to Verbose for more detail.
