Sonicwall Capture client reject 3cx desktop app version

i don't know what trigger doing this but somehow the sonic wall capture client think 3cx app is malicious application, i cannot test 3cx desk app version my

work area, so i don't know anybody is having an simular issue which has a hardcore firewall or just me.

so wow none of the 3cx doesnt provide nothing huh? not even provide guidelines how to resolve the problem...
well.. I've told them something problems their end but they never understand or not even try to listen oh well.

so is this effect on only 3cx desktop or also hosted side of 3cx and sbc as well?
