Sony Xperia icone problem

Hi
i my company have many Xperia Devices and the icon of presence Available is white color .. is not correct.. It should be green
If try the same configuration with an iphone or samsung , the icon is green.

Xperia Z1 , Android 5.1.1 , official firmware
Xperia Z5, Android 6.0 , Official Firmware

The app work fine..

Same issue here, but it seems to be a "ROM-thing". I get the same "always grey" icon on my S2 with a pretty recent version of Cynayogenmod.
So as far as i can tell, this is not device-related.

I think it's systemI think it's phone system related issue, not app issue

now i have xperia X and the icon dont' appear..the last version

Please note that the icon was removed in the latest build of the 3CX client for Android to further reduce battery consumption.
