Soundstream IP 6000 - Can't Register

I've followed the guides and all that, but can not get this SoundStation IP 6000 to register with our 3CX system. Any tricks or tips that I should know about that isn't online somewhere ?

I downgraded the phone to bring it closer to the guide from 3CX.

did you setup the dhcp server settings? I am pretty sure I was only able to get it to provision once that was setup.

I just setup one of these units using the latest firmware:

UC Software Version 4.0.3.7562
BootROM Software Version 5.0.3.1667

It was plug and play for me. On the 3CX side I just created the extension and put in the phone's mac address. On the DHCP side I created a reservation and added the correct Option 66 string to the record and was up and running.

Try updating the firmware and doing a factory reset on the device. Then delete/re-add the extension in 3CX. Also make sure to check the provisioning folder on the server and clear out any MAC.cfg files for the device.

** information about the 3cx installaton.

it is a remote installed 3cx system not part of our domain.
running the multi-tennant version (this install is on tennant 2 port 6060)
we have other phones (yealink and grandstream) that have been working fine with the system ~ these have all been auto provisioned with the option 66 from our dhcp server.

went into the phone and formatted the system.

phone came back up and was blank, it never picked up the correct option 66 information.

rebooted the phone.

booted and got the provisioning information. but when i hit the dial button i get the message "URL calling is disabled"

changed the outbound proxy (it was blank) and the line configuraton transport to udp and rebooted the phone.

still the same "URL calling is disabled" message.

before the format of the file system and the manual configs, i was at least able to get a dial tone before just couldn't make any calls.

in both tests the line never registers with the system

i've done all that, wiped & formatted the phone again, let it auto provision from the server and it got all of the information. it never registers with the 3cx system and if i hit the dial button it says "url calling disabled"
