Solved SP6 no soft phone in web client

Hello,

We upgraded to SP6 and enabled the beta soft phone but it doesnt appear in the web client.I do not currently have a desk phone, i have the windows client installed on my laptop. When i click the phone icon in the web client it only shows the windows client. I have bounced the 3cx server with no change.

Is there any thing else i need to do to enable this?

Glad to see the issue has been resolved and just to confirm you need to use the webclient with https for the web client softphone option to appear.

Yes, once i changed to https everything looked fine.
