SPA 3000 Configuration

I am currently use ver 5.0.3752
SPA 3000

On my configuration if I set PSTN CID for VoIP CID to yes the phone system will not answer calls from some numbers mainly cell phones. But if I set it to no than my caller ID doesn't work, but at least it answers all calls. This option falls under the PSTN-to-VoIP Gateway Setup. What am I doing wrong?

I have now upgraded to version 5.0.379

I am still having the same problem as described above. The phone calls that I know for certain that the phone system will not pick up with the PSTN CID for VOIP CID: set to yes are calls from a t-mobile cell phone.
Yet by changing that to no my caller id doesn't work.

Once again thanks for any suggestion you can give me I have tried everything I can think of.
