SPA3102 Outbound call

Hi

Is it possible to make a outbond call without press 0 first and wait for the second dail tone. and then dail the number that i want to call ?

when i call 0 and i get the second dail tone and enter the phone number that i want to call it not listed in my phone because it says that its al ready connected with 0. So i cannot see what numbers i have dailed before.

Does any 1 know how to configure te SPA3102 to make a call without press first 0 and then dail de number.

In my out bound rule i have this settings.

Rule name: outbound

call to numbers starting with: 0

calls from extention: 100-115

Make outbound calls on: SPA-3102

Transform mask: r


my dail rule in SPA3102 = (S0<:17000>)

well, i can tell you here that my outbound rules dont include prefix, i have settings this way, example: a number here is 220432543 so in outbound rule i use, numbers starting with 2 goes through X Voip Provider or gateway and i leave transformation mask empty. Of corse this works this way becouse i dont have many extensions, so i added every number (the first digit or first 2 digits) to outbound rules allowing this way to people to call normally like they would on a normal telephone...

do you have also a SPA-3102 ?

because when i remove the transformation mask its not working any more.

Well i have a rule saying that if i dial 4 ill use SPA3102 with a "R" on transformation mask, but i hardly use that, i have everything like i said on the post above, i have outbound rules without transformation mask so it allow people to call normally, in this case mostly becouse of emergency numbers, since this dont work on my Voip lines... Answering to your question, yes i do own a SPA3102

Hmm i dont understand why it it not working on my SPA3102

if i want to call a number link 0725112244

072 is a erea code. and 0031 is the country code for the Netherlands

when i use this settings

call to numbers starting with: 0

calls from extention: 100-115

Make outbound calls on: SPA-3102

Transform mask: r

when i make the call the call fails and does not connect to my voice gateway the call stays on my 3cx server.

can u please make some screenshots of your settings in 3cx
and in your SPA-3102 ?

Tell me something you are dialing this 00725112244 right ? I mean, with the actual outbound rule you have to dial this way for the call to go through... and since your area code starts with 0 you need to have a transformation mask or things wont just go has you expect....

P.S. - Are you dialing 00725112244? You do need to add an extra 0 behind so that the call will go through

when i want to call to 0725112244 i have to dail this

first i press 0 then i hear the second dail tone and then i can dail 0725112277

when i dail 00725112244 direct 3cx makes again a connection with the SPA3102 and again i hear a second dail tone and i have to enter again the phone number that i want to use.

when i remove the R from the transform mask and try to call 00725112244 it fails directly.

i hope u understand me ( ps sorry for bad english )

Try this, log into your SPA3102 configuration, go to Voice -> PSTN Line
and on "Voip to PSTN Gateway" make sure "One dial stage" is set to yes...
I believe that after that it should work...
