spa500ds attendant console

I just received the SPA500ds to replace my analog spa500s.

I haven't been able to find much info from Cisco on this.

I have an SPA525g phone. What I 'm having an issue with which is probably my fault is getting the SPA500DS to show actual names instead of numbers as the 500d didnt have an lcd and the 500ds does have an lcd

Most importantly instead of logging into the phone server I was wondering if there is a way that the 3cx server can recognize an attendant console and allow me to register my speed dials etc.

Unfortunately there is no provisioning template for this model that handles 500DS expansion module, but only with 500S.
