Speaker Volume

Is there any way to increase the volume further on the Android app? At maximum volume the other party is quiet, particularly when I use the speaker. The other party can hear me with no trouble. Using Bluetooth with a headset or my car, I'm able to turn the volume up enough that I can hear the other party clearly, but I have to have the volume much louder than I would for a normal phone call.

• App Version: 18.0.3.17
• 3CX PBX Version: 16.0.8.9
• Network Connection: WiFi / LTE] / IPv4
• Client is not on the same network as PBX, but we have two way audio.

Hi @russellhurren, thanks for your feedback.
Please try the following : Android App Settings (Three horizontal bars top left) >> Settings >> Advanced >>Audio Subsystem API>> change the selected API.
Could you also please informed us when the reported behavior begun?

Thanks. I've tried both legacy and automatic APIs, the behaviour is the same.
The volume has always been low since I first started using the app, it hasn't changed. It's useable, just a bit hard to hear when there's other noise around.

Hi, we've checked the sound on both S10 (SM-G973F) and S10+ (SM-G975F), and nothing noticed. Could you please send me in PM a verbose log report from the app for further investigation?
